Expected Ship Date
You can expect your order to ship within 5 to 7 business days.
Method of shipping
Orders ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders must ship to a physical address. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
To Track Your Order
Email your request for tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with your company name and
purchase order number. We will immediately respond with the pertinent information.
Change shipping method or address
Please contact ORE ORIGINALS, INC. at email@example.com. We will make every effort to change
your order but we are not responsible for errors in changes made to orders after they are placed.
United Sates: Shipping cost for your order is based on your total purchased amount, prior to sales taxes (if applicable)
and promotional discounts. The cost is applicable only within the 48 contiguous states, consumer orders only.

Canadian Retail Sales:
We no longer ship individual consumer sales directly to Canada. To find a retailer in Canada

Express Shipping Charges
Express shipping is available with an additional Express Fee of $25.00 in addition to expedited shipping costs charged by the shipping carrier,
which can vary by the size of the order. Please contact ORE ORIGINALS, INC. Customer Service at (800) 367-2675 or at
firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping information.
Orders placed with Express Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) PT will ship by the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations usually arrives within
3 to 4 business days after the ship date.
If a Product is Unavailable
Shipments may be postponed (or canceled) in some cases due to product unavailability. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
